Encouraging, clear book for beginner reed maker

I gave in and bought this book after buying the reed making kit and trying to go it alone - it’s worth adding it on to the kit at the start! YouTube videos were great, but loads of different opinions on what to do, which is confusing for a beginner. The only thing this booklet could do with is some additional info at the end on how to troubleshoot and improve the sound after making the reed. Otherwise, easy and fun to follow.

Clear and easy to follow

A good guide through the reed making process - I had two functioning reeds on my first attempt (most importantly, with decent looking binding!)

Very useful purchase

The best thing about this book is that it doesn't go into too much technicality, it's in plain understandable English and is supported by excellent photographs at every stage of the process. It is well worth the price for someone who is starting making their own reeds for the first time.
